Ok, so this is my workout and I'm 14 years oldMorning-Do 8 minutes of ab workoutAfternoon-Aerobic and Cardio workout, all in an hourNight-8 minutes of abs and 8 minute arms workoutMy body fat is 9.2% but I all you can see is a vertical line sepeating the 6 pack and i have a little amount of a beer bellybut barely nothing. I do not eat 5 times a day and have been doing this routine for almost a month. Whats wrong?? I doubt i'll use sterois though, to much side affects.
