The http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/FC-Twente-c39233 boss has urged his side to put in their 100 percent in the upcoming KNVB beker Cup clash against RVVH, while insisting that his side will not take this competition lightly.
In the second round of KNVB beker Cup, FC Twente Enschede will lock horns against RVVH at Sportpark Ridderkerk on Wednesday, September 26. And the Tukkers' head coach, Steve McClaren, has stressed that he will not be satisfied
with anything else than a win.
“Winning is all that matters”, McClaren was quoted as saying to Voetbal International.
The English trainer, who took over the managerial hot seat at De Grolsch Veste half-way through the 2011/12 season following Co Adriaanse’s dismissal, went on to reveal that his side has performed impressively in the Dutch cup
in recent years, and will put in all their efforts to impress yet again this term.
“The Cup competition is good for Twente. In recent years, we have performed well in this tournament. After winning the cup in 2011, everyone knows the significance of the competition. We will try to put in our strongest performance
of the season on Wednesday, and claim a comfortable victory at the end”, McClaren added.
The former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749 national team manager has also revealed that he will be providing game time to several of his side’s bench players in the upcoming game to prove their worth.
