Well the e fits of the Mystery Mr Kipper he was dark haired ,and that Dark handsome killer  who murdered a woman in Bristol was in the frame for it ,Cant remember his name ,But hes locked up in Broadmoor I think ,But who actually saw Mr Kipper ,I cant remember the case now

I am sure I saw a programme some time back where Suzy's mother was interviewed and she said that she and the police are fairly certain who killed her. The trouble is, this guy is already a long term prisoner on another charge and he refused to confess or tell them where the body is.
