Good question....I think im giving the nod to Troy Aikman due to bias against the 49ers, but Steve Young was right there.

i admit my cowboy bias upfront and was able to see troy play ever game of his career. remember, troy was the winningest quarterback of the 90's and played on some bad teams to start his career. thats impressive. not knocking steve young, he was great and had loads of talent around him like aikman, but i look at the big games they played against each other(ie the playoff games) and aikman came out on top twice and won the 92 championship game in SF on a horrible field when SF had homefield.

Who has the rings?  I love Troy and I'm gonna have to go with him but then he also beat Young on the most concussions so I guess Troy's just a natural winner.

Young. As good as Aikman was he also had Emmitt Smith to take the pressure off him. Young had a good arm and was a good scrambler, and won several games on his own. Even though Aikman won more rings, i think Young was the better QB.
