Steven stamkos and draft order?

Question

first what is the draft order because i heard that tb is first pick but then i heard that they are second pick. second whats up with everyone comparing steven stamkos to sidney crosby? if they are comparing him to crosby why arent they comparing him to gretsky since they are saying that crosby is the next one. does that make steven stamkos the next next one?

the draft order is :TB, LA, ATL, STL, NYI, CLB, TOR, PHX, NSH, VAN, CHI, ANA, BUF, CAR, NSH, BOS, CGY, OTT, CLB, NYR, NJ, EDM, WSH, MIN, MTL, BUF, PHI, LA, ATL, DET; second, no one can be as good as gretzky so there's no point comparing anyone to gretzky and its a pretty good argument about stamkos and crosby

TB has the 1st pick. Stamkos is no Gretzky, for that matter, he is no Crosby. I think Spezza might be a good comparison...............his real high upside would be Yzerman.

tampa drafts first, unless someone else can get them to give up their pick. they want steven stamkos, and he's all prepared to go on their team, so it's a good match.

steven stamkos isn't the next sidney crosby, nor is he the next next one, that role has been pinned on john tavares since sidney got picked in the draft by the pens.

a lot of people like to compare him with sidney because he dominates a game, but he's not as well rounded, his offensive skill/shot is a little better if not on par, and he's also a good skater but doesn't dominate along the boards like sidney. he needs to get bigger/stronger first and have a lot more leg/upper body strength. he used to compare his style of play with sid's but now he patterns his type of play/compares himself with an ov type.

yeah people need to stop trying to compare youngsters to greats and just let these guys build a career first.

pens are picking after 30...in the 2nd round. i don't know their number.
