Villa winger added.
Downing now wants Liverpool to put the last match’s result behind them and has urged them to concentrate on the upcoming fixture against Tottenham Hotspur.  The 27-year-old winger is confident that the Reds will be able to get a positive result at White

“It was 'one of those days' and we couldn't hit the net, but hopefully we'll be able to do it at Tottenham next week,” Stewart Downing concluded.
After slumping to their first defeat of the current campaign, Liverpool are now placed sixth in the League standings.
