Stewart Title Insurance?

Who knows about title Insurance?

I am being pushed around by Stewart Title company, had money in an escrow account with one of there agents. The agent embuseled alot of money, they tell me they dont have to pay.

What do you think?

You need to provide more details. There is no way that a title company can deny their responsibility for money entrusted to them in an escrow account. They have what is called a fiduciary duty to protect the funds they have in their care.

Call your State insurance department to get more information.

Title insurance doesn't apply to your situation.  

You need to file a complaint with your state banking department.  And a police report.
