  1. Have you tried a product called simple green, all you have to do is add 4 ounces to a gallon of water, and if you use a sponge mop, you will want to leave the floor a little damper than usual, and let the floors dry completely before you walk on them,or let your pets get on them, simple green will not hurt your animals unless they drink out of the mop bucket, even then they would have to drink a lot, unless you have a pup,so try this and your floors should not be sticky, and if they are still ,then just add one more ounce to a gallon and it should solve your problem with the floors being sticky,i have three inside dogs and it worked for me,hope it helps you.

  2. Hi, I just use warm water and vinegar 1 cup to a gallon. It works well and I prefer something that is natural. I just use a mop that is well wrung out. You do not want to over wet floors. I sometimes buff up with a towel attached to my swifter. Soap-based products and citrus based products leave a residue on laminate making them look dull. It may take a few washings to get rid of the film. It is good to use warm water as it evaporates more quickly. Hope this helps.
