Sticky rice in lotus leaf?

My husband and I love sticky rice in lotus leaf (a dim sum dish) and one time, in Seattle, we found a little restaurant that we could buy one over the counter, just like a bakery/deli - we were also able to get steamed barbecue pork buns and other such treats. Are there any deli/restaurants like that in the Lynnwood or Edmonds area?

  1. Do you mean Edmonds, WA area?

If so, It should be have Chinese grocery stores or Chinese style restaurants in that area. You can ask people or look in the yellow page , I think you can find some information. I am not from that area but still hope this answer can help you!

  2. I think it is called Ma Chang.  Sometimes they have pork, mushroom and salted duck eggs mixed in the rice.

The steamed buns are called Sio Pao.  Sometims instead of pork they have chicken, or a mix of pork, chicken, Chinese sausage and salted duck egg.

    I love Dim Sum.
