Question:

Sticky stuff on fabric?

Well i wanted to put these things on some fabric and used something that's sort of dried up glue I'm not sure what its called and i took the things off but i still have marks from the dried up glue thingy and i wants to get its off badly!!!!

How can i get this off?

  1. You might try some Goo Gone. It removes or dissolves quite variety of hard to remove adhesives, as well as crayon, wax, gum, tar and grease spots. Most stores carry it with other cleaners.

    Simply squirt it on and let it set, use an old toothbrush to gently scrub, repeat as necessary to remove all the adhesive. Then apply some laundry detergent or pre-wash to the area and wash as usual.

    I've removed sticker residue from kids clothes after they had been washed and dried with the sticker on.  


  2. I would try washing it after you sew it onto the fabric or after your finished product is complete.
