Still Water?

Question

I went out to eat to a nice place and they asked if I wanted still water, ice water or sparkling water. I said still not really knowing what I was ordering. They brought a big glass bottle on a fancy plate and served the water to me. It was expensive and I was embarrased because I thought I was ordering water at room temp with no ice.

I still have no idea what Still Water is. What the heck did I order?

Still water is like water from a bottle, sparkling is soda and ice is eather with ice or just very cold
