Still can't customize avatar?

Hi all thanks for the answers but nothing still works to be able to sign in to get to my avatar. And also don't have the same quantity of fonts that I had. My computer had crashed and when I downloaded it this is how it is now.

PS.. No I'm really not bald

You probably need to upgrade to the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. This link will show you which version of Adobe Flash Player you have installed.
