Hello...

I had a period that came a little early, but in the on-time window.

It lasted 8 days with two additional days of spotting. The cramps hit me like a ton of bricks. My AF are usually 4-5 days with cramping only the first and second day.

I'm just wondering if I could have some hormonal problems? or if this is a problem at all? My period ended 4 days ago and I'm still having cramping and twitching and alot of CM. Much like that for ovulation, but I am on CD12, and I generally ovulate CD19. I'm a TCCer, can ya tell? Anyhow...I'm pretty sure I'm not pregnant.

One factor could be that I went on a 30 mile bike ride, and thats alot of exercisin....and have been doing other active things this month...

SOO...Let me know your diagnonsense!

  1. If you're in serious pain, I'd see a doctor. Even if its is just from all the intense excersise, its always better to be safe and get a medical examination.

  2. OUCH ! That's not normal in any sense of the imagination.

That sounds a little like endometriosis...even if me and the spell checker can't spell it :)

  3. you're probably just sore from bike riding.  when you bike ride you use your abs as well as your legs.  to not feel the pain, take a midol, advil or alieve.  i don't think you have any hormonal problems.  you will be okay.  i read in cosmopolitan magazine that fish oil capsules help with cramps and it is also important to eat a good breakfast.  i hope you feel better, and contact me if you have any questions.
