Still getting symptoms,but bled?

Question

i am confused i did a test at 3 days late which was avery very faint posative but i bled for 3-4 days after it and it was like a normal period but without pain or discomfort as i normaly suffer from and was a little bit lighter but still red.i am going to the dr 2morrow but was wanting some advice in the meantime as i feel pregnant as i did with my other children,i have sore b*****s,i feel very sick and have been sick but this affects me late afternoon and thru the night every day for 4 days now,im tired alot and feel the need to wee more and when i need 2 go i need to go even if its a little.i feel i need to eat to take the feeling of sickness away.any advice.i am doing a test tommorow

Even a faint positive is a positive.  It is possible to have periods when you are pregnant, also.  I sounds like you are pregnant.  Congrats!  Just try to relax and go to the doctor as planned.  Good Luck!
