Still have no idea about my 16th.. =[ Help!?

Basically I'm turning 16 in September but I am never organised with parties and end up just invited a couple people round to watch films.. Thing is, it's my 16th and I want it to be special. I just need suggestions. I was thinking maybe either having a few over(10-15) for a garden party and fancy dress and stuff but can't think of a theme. Or just paying for a few friends to go somewhere on the train and spend the day out then sleep over.. I'm just really stuck because I don't want it to be boring for them. If I had a garden party, does anyone have any ideas of games? I'm not a particularly good host, so that could be a problem.. :S Anyway, all help would be appreciated, thanks in advance. x

What do you like to do?  Organize party around that activity.  Ride horses, play golf, make pottery- whatever you enjoy.

The train & sleep over sounds real fun.

You could have a tiki party theme.  Make virgin strawberry daquiris & pina coladas, serve cool appetizers.  Have fun music playing.....  that would be fun:)

just make sure ur bf doesnt ask you to do something on your 16th b-day

You could turn the garden party into an Alice in Wonderland theme. Have your quest dress up as characters or in crazy hats etc..  serve tea and cookies that say eat me. You could play croquet and balancing a plastic tea cup on your head. If it is out side it would look really nice maybe hang chinesse lanterns around in the tress etc.. You could do it in light and airy colors or in brights.

Another team could be Fairy or Mistical have the girls dress fancy and wear wings. Hang twinkle lights around to set the mood. Serve fairy bread and drinks.
