  1. If they are giving you tests on slang, you should find a better school or teacher. There are far more important things you need to learn.

    'It's on' means something is turned on – such as an electrical appliance. The opposite would be 'it's off'.

    As a modern British juvenile idiom it probably means something's good (on) or bad (off).
