My grandfather name was Andrew Archie.He was born in 1928 in South Carolina and died in 1987 in California.i dont no much about his mother and father,i think his father name is Joseph Archie and his mother Aretha.i would love to confirm this.And i want to find out who their parents are.i think they were from california or South Carolina

which is odd. If it is worth $27 and a 6-week wait to you, you can look him up on the SSDI, click on "SS-5", print, enclose a check and send off for his SSN application. It, in turn, will have his parents' names (maiden name for mother), birth place, birth date plus his address and occupation at the time he applied.
