Still looking for an answer to why my cousin can send me e-mail using hotline but I can't send him e-mail?

Do you mean Hotmail? Sorry, you may be right but I've never heard of Hotmail.

When he sends you e-mail, does it come in your inbox or the spam folder?

I'm just wondering because maybe Yahoo doesn't trust his mail service? Where is he?  Also, double-check the address, that's about all I can think of...The problem could be on his end, but I don't have enough details.

C
