Still need help (will pick best answer if you solve problem)

Question

This is my third time trying this and I really really need an answer that will help please! I uninstalled my sound driver and have been trying all of the very good suggestions I got from here, but I cannot figure out which one I need. When I go to device manager and look in sound, video and game controllers there is nothing listed. It seems like everything is completely gone and I cannot find anything that will work.I'm extremely bad with computers, so please remember that when answering. I really need to fix this :) (Yes, I've tried re-starting my computer)

I dont know what other people put but I will try to help. If you have a semi-new to new computer (5 years old or less) most of the time you can find the information you need on the website of the computer. Check what kind of computer you have (it should be on the case somewhere) and go to that companys website (I will use Dell for example). Just go to Dells website and go to their support section. You will see an option to download drivers. It will ask you what kind of computer you have. Once again this is found on the case (if you cant find it you should be able to find some sort of service tag or number that it could also ask you for.) It will give you all the possible drivers you need for any sound card that could have come with you computer. Just download one and if it doesnt work try another. Perhaps the sound card has come lose and pooped out of the slot. Open it up and reseat it and s***w it back in if it is.

If this doesn't work take it to a professional and cough up the dough to fix it right.
