Still received proactiv?

well i got this prepaid visa card as a gift. then i used it to order a trial kit from proactiv. but then like 2 months later i got another kit in the mail but my prepaid card had no more money left in it. so right now i'm kind of confused on what to do.

they automatically send you the full kit after you get the 30 day-trial. it happened to me as well.

i'd go to the proactiv website and cancel your 'order'. if that doesn't work than call the customer service line and tell them to cancel it. but you'll need all the information on the front paper that was on the box.
