The carriage for the ink cartridges does not move left and return to allow me to examine and reposition the ink cartridges. I made prints on Kodak ink jet paper after I replaced two of the inks, and had this problem only after producing a much smeared, wet, letter size print on laser paper, glossy paper which did not hold the ink. Could there be ink dripping in the wrong place?
