  1. My husband and I tried for 13 months for my son.  At 11 months a friend let me borrow her OV Watch.  She got pregnant on the first cycle when she started using the watch.  It took me 3 cycles but boy was it much easier and less frustrating!  The watch basically tells you when to have s*x.  It gives you, if I remember correctly, 4 fertile days leading up to ovulation, 2 days of possible ovulation and 2 less fertile days after ovulation.  We had s*x every other day during that 8 day time span and within 3 months I was pregnant.

The OV watch is a watch that you put on only at night beginning on the first day of your period.  It measures the sweat ions and lets you know when ovulation is going to occur based upon the changes in the ions.  Quite amazing and easy!  I would highly suggest it.  I tried everything I could think of before the watch.  I did the temperature thing, the cervical mucus thing, the ovulation predictor kits, the microscope.  It was all to frustrating and I still did not get as much warning that ovulation was going to happen as much as I did with the watch.

The less stress you have while ttc the better!

  2. Stop thinking about it and worring about it, just put the idea out of your mind and see if that helps.

  3. I cant give you "medical advise" but I will try to raise your spirits...I know multiple people who tried everything and when they stopped using medications and what not they tried natural and SUCCEEDED!!!  I say keep trying and saying lots of prayers. That is what I did when they said I couldnt have anymore children(after my first) but God blessed me with a little boy 7 months ago!! Keep your head up and if it is meant to be it will happen. Don't "try" so hard and maybe ur stress level will go down then you will concieve!!  If all else fails maybe adoption is right for you ???? Good Luck!!

  4. Unfortunately there are so many reasons that you could be experiencing this problem that you probably won't get the answers you are looking for unless you are sitting in front of a Dr. who can perform tests. A good friend of mine and her husband were trying for a year with no luck. She had test after test done and they couldn't find anything wrong. Finally her Dr. told her to try changing her diet.. (she was already of average build and didn't have a lot to lose) She lost 10 lbs and got pregnant 2 months later. I obviously do not know your body type but my point is that there are so many things that can contribute to a problem like this. Keep in mind that stress can hurt fertility as well so try to relax (I'm sure that is easier said than done). Best of luck to you.

  5. I did clomid for 6 months with no luck last year. I don't have any children and I have PCOS, so I was convinced (along with my doctor) that pregnancy just wasn't in the cards for me. Eventually I just stopped worrying about it. Now, here I am a year later with a surprise pregnancy! So many people told me just to stop trying and it would happen, and it made me so angry, but it turns out it was actually the best advise I could have been given.

    Good luck!
