Still young, puffy eyes!?

hey guys, i'm still young and i have these bags under my eyes when i smile or laugh, and i hate it! i get it from my dad..i think i wanna do surgery to take it out...and when i wake up to go for school, my eyes are so puffy. is there anything i can do before i leave my house to avoid the puffiness? like any home remedesor something

i bought it a few days ago, and it minimized the puffy-ness,

i think the puffy-ness will disappear within a week :)
