Stillazation of webcam with out stillation cd

Question

I just need the software to install my web cami have chinese brand webcam .but i don't have the instillation cd.what to do, which soft ware is best one for me.

its a chinese brand.. brand name is 星空卫士 （xing kong wei s**+). its a very unpopular chinese local webcam company. what option i have.
