Stimulas tax plus other tax questions.?

ok im 20 and my mom claimed me last year.

is that ok how many more years is she alowed to claim me?

does she get anything out of it.

would i benifit more if i claimed myself

and who will get the stimulas money her or me

i made about 4,000 last year.

  1. First of all, I assume from your question that you are in the US, not the UK where you posted.

    If you aren't a full time student for at least some part of five months of the year, you are already to old for her to claim you.  She can claim you as long as you are under 24 and a full time student.

    Neither of you will get stimulus money for you.  You won't because you are a dependent, and she won't because you are over age 16 and parents only get money for their dependent children under age 17.
