  3. You should not receive a stimulus check.  A few folks have received theirs regardless but I would not count on being one of those.

  4. Nope.  If you owe state taxes, federal taxes, back child support, student loans, etc., your rebate will be applied to your debt and you'll receive a letter stating what happened.
