it will go through, but they can't seem to agree on any one package without having people left out.  They are one step closer today by adding in the seniors of SS and disabled veterans, and leaving out the heating assistance/unemployment extension.  They can pass another bill for that later.  They all know they are under pressure to come up with a good plan.  As of right now, looks as if the rebate will be 500/single and 1000/couple
