Stimulus check, back child support? When will we see ti?

My husband is supposed to get child support from his ex. She doesn't work at the moment. I'm pretty sure he'll get back support from her stimulus check. How do we know for sure and when will it come? His child support enforcement officer is not very nice and never seems to answer the questions all the way when we ask. Help please.

well i just checked that stupid credit card thing they give us now for child support and realized that since 6-6-8 I have had almost 200.00 on it.  it was from tax intercept.accordintg to ss#  the ex should have been one of the first to get his stimulus but it was intercepted, and finally one month later the money appeared in my account. (the reason I didnt receive the full amount is cause the scumbag has 2 other baby mama's and they got their cut also).

You don't know when you'll get it.  The time from offset to payment runs from about 6 weeks to 6 months, depending upon whether FMS knows their marital status or not.  The IRS can't tell FMS what it is, so you should plan on 6 months.  The 6 months is to allow for the current spouse, if there is one, to file an Injured Spouse claim.
