Stimulus check questions?

ok i have 2 questions

1) i received a letter stating my check would come 6/20 and it hasn't arrived yet..does anyone know when it will arrive?

2) secondly, if u did ur taxes and all ur money went to child support do u get a stimulus check?

if you didn't get your rebate check today,then give it a few more days,it usually takes about 2- 5 days to get to you depending on where you live and where the check is mailed from.

secondly if your federal refund was offset for child support and you still owe then the stimulus check will be offset also,if you don't owe as much as the amount of the check then you'll get the remaining balance of course.

go to www.irs.gov  you can find info there.

people i have talked to that got letter for a friday date have gotten theirs the following monday.as long as you made >$3000.00 you should get a check.the first letter said you are. this site can bring up your info by entering your ss#. &tell you when it was mailed & who and when to call if you don't receive it by a certain date.go to rebate questions,then click 'wheres my stimilus payment...next page click that again.

For question 1 - that would be the post office that is responsible. Also check the IRS website to see if there were delays in mailing your check

For question 2 - Didn't you just state that you received a letter stating that the government was mailing you a check?
