  1. When you wake up, your breath isnt goign to be too pleasant. its a fact of life. Just do the same process you do before bed when you wake up and everything will be okay. And since you cant have gum in school, get listerine pocket packs. They are simply minty strips that dissolve on your toung and give you at least an hour or 2 of fresh breath. I love them. And so you dont get in trouble, just apply them in the hallway or in the bathroom.

  2. if its a chronic problem you may need to go to the dentist..

  3. Don't worry! Everyones breath stinks in the morning, and their tongue is white! You just need to brush it off, and brush your tongue in the morning. Wash with mouthwash as well it will help kill all the dirty breath. Do it everyday!! Not every other day. Morning and night. You can bring little mints or tic tacs to school! They can't stop you from that! Just don't chew gum! Because you have to chew and chew, and most students just pop it under the desk, and teachers have to end up cleaning that up. That's gross! But bring little mints to school, pop it in in between classes, or walking back from lunch or when your working, not when the teachers looking at you. And keep it to yourself, no trash, no loud noises, and you will be fine =D.

  4. when i have bad breath, i brush my tongue a lot because many people avoid brushing it

  5. Unfortunately, this is a cruel part of life!! We have bad bad breath in the am. There really isn't any way around it, because no matter how much listerine you use, you still have some bacteria that are in your mouth and throat at night, which is obviously worse by the morning (especially because many people sleep with their mouths open!). So, not sure how I or anyone else could help you here?? The only thing is..have you ever heard of a "tonsil stone"?? Do you still have your tonsils? Well if so, you and everyone else with tonsils has little grooves and crevices in them. Sometimes food gets stuck in there and creates these little yellowish "stone" things. Sometime you cough them up or when you gargle. But most people swallow them without even knowing. Those may be the cause, but who knows? Some people dig them out..gross, I know. Also, drink water throughout the day. Keeping your tongue and mouth wet keeps down on bacteria growth. good luck!!

  6. there are lots of bad breath causes in the list like dirty mouth, lack of oral hygiene, dry mouth, medications, cavities, gum disease, medications and other related illness especially in the stomach. the best thing to do to be able to eliminate bad breath is to be able to determine the cause of it, and be able to know what can prevent it as well as the appropriate treatments for it. seek the help of dental expert. he may find the answer to your quest for bad breath eliminators.

know that chewing gums and mints can add up to the bad breath problem since they have sugar. try using an all natural oral care for it does contain sugar for bad bacteria to feed on and speed up production. keep your mouth salivated and hydrated by drinking adequate amount of water. for more tips to get rid of bad breath visit http://www.oramd.com

  7. dont just brush your teeth make sure you brush your tongue aswell and go to the dentist every 6 months for that checkup and keep flossing after meals . Also watch what food your eating esp spicy garlic etc

  8. You might have a white patch in the back of your mouth which will make your breath smell bad. Try gargling with salt water

  9. brush teeth before u go to sleep and when you wake up. chew sugarfree gum extra u should try

  10. Eat lots of garlic.  No just kidding.

Bad breath in the morning is pretty typical for nearly everyone,  so that is normal.  Bad breath is actually related to the digestive system,  because many of us eat junky diets it interferes with how horrible our breath smells.

    1.  continue with what you are doing.

    2.  Eat a healthier diet.

    3.  Clean your tongue.  There are now tongue scrapers available in the toothbrush section and there is a toothbrush you can buy with a scraper on it.

    4.  If your condition persists or gets really bad talk with your dentist.  Halitosis is the medical name for severe  bad breath and is an embarrassing condition.

    5.  You could take a mouth spray to school or those disolvable listerine strips.  You could always do it when you use the bathroom at school or between going to classrooms.

  11. Go to your local drug store and get a toothpaste thats really really strong minty flavor and also brush your tounge cuz i hear that bad breath germs are usually on your tounge. Hope this helps!!!!

  12. use some simethicone chewable tablets like Mylanta, Riopan Plus, Mylicon. Charcoal tablets can help. They're available in natural food stores and many drugstores.

    and

    drink ice water

    hope it works

    have a great summer

  13. oh smelly breath or halitosis as its known in the medical world hmmm

    Keep well hydrated with water

Avoid sugary foods as that 'feeds' the bacteria.

Andc chew gum in the morning

  14. For some reason my morning breath seems worse when I use Listerine the night before.  No problem, just brush and use it again in the morning.  Maybe in school you can sneak one of those little packs of Listerine strips that dissolve.  But you probably don't have to because if you're brushing and flossing and using Listerine, you probably don't have bad breath.

  15. You need to get a tongue cleaner(scraper), that cleans all the white gunk from your tongue. Your tongue needs to be cleaned everyday just like your teeth. I don't think the problem would be your teeth because of your braces but it might be bad stomach. Do you drink enough fluids. It is very important that your diet is just as good for a good breath.

  16. Just keep brushing and keep your tongue clean, also keep a small piece of cinnamon in your mouth, it helps getting rid of stinkyness.

  17. brush your teeth in the morning and scrape your tounge but braces do not have anything to do with the bad breath.

  18. You're on the right track, brushing, flossing and rinsing your mouth out w/ listerine TWICE DAILY (when you wake up and before bed) is  great, but are you also brushing your tongue, the sides of your mouth, and every inch of your gums, too?  Plague will go to those places in your mouth, too - not just on and in between your teeth.

You may also have a more serious problem like halitosis, it might be worth it to go and see your dentist, especially if you are so concerned about it.

  19. umm brush your teeth when you wake up too. morning breath is always bad.

  20. Scrape your tongue with a spoon to get all the plaque off. That's a major cause of bad breath. Also, chew on some parsley or drink iced tea or eat ginger snaps. These are breath neutralizers.

  21. Brush your teeth in the morning too. Everyone has morning breath but they brush in the mornings also (and floss and use mouthwash). You should brush twice a day (morning and night) anyways.
