Stinky breath???

i have stinky breath, does anyone no how i can make it smell better?

something besides chewing gum and eating mints?

  1. Brush your teeth at least 2 to 3 times a day. Use mouthwash and floss. Also, brush when you eat things that tend to make your breath smell bad. [such as dairy - cheese, milk, so on].

    Brushing your tongue may also help.


  2. Do you brush 2-3 times a day? Do you floss? Do you use mouthwash? All of this can help keep your breath fresh!

    Gum and mints are usually the only thing that works... when you on the go!

  3. Breath that smells is caused by bacteria build up in the mouth absorbing odors from outdoors, indoors, and food. I wonder if when you brush your teeth you also brush your tongue because the tongue is a big breeding ground for bacteria. You should also floss because food that gets stuck between the teeth tends to also absorb odors. So you can start with that, and you can also drink lots of water throughout the day to wash out the bacteria that is constantly breeding in there.

    You should brush after every meal (floss,too!).

    Use a tongue scraper everyday.

    Towards noon, try l*****g the back of your hand. If it stinks, pop in a mint.

    My dad used to use this oral rinse called TheraBreath.

    It  makes your breath less stinky, obviously. You should try it and see if it works for you.
