Stinky foam sandals?

I have this pair of flip flops that I bought last summer, and I really love them, even though they're the foam type they were pretty expensive!! I really like them, they're so comfy and practical... and they have a leather typed upper so they actually go good with all kinds of stuff, they aren't just beach shoes! Well I dug them out of the closet for the warm weather, and after about a weeks wear, they have gained this realllllly aweful stentch!! I really don't want to throw them out because I really like them and I've already tried to find another pair, and it just aint happening!! The smell has moved right into my feet and no matter how much I wash my feet I can't get the smell out... Is there a way that I can get the smell removed from my shoes and my feet, so that I can keep my precious sandals???

  1. The smell will eventually drift to your other shoes.

I had the same thing happen and I sprayed them with Lysol but it only works for a short time.  You might want to bite the bullet and get new shoes before you have to go buy ALL new shoes.

Using a stone on your feet and pedicures may cure the foot smell.
