Question:

Stitches/Cramps when running?

I've always been VERY prone to these, but lately it seems I get them on my warm-up walks. I can't eat 2 hrs before working out, and I can't even drink like the 20 minutes before hand. It's awful. A lot of conventional tips for curing these just don't seem to work. Help?

  2. mostly on warmup u should jog not walk cuz it makes the cramp worse but i would say to stretch, eat healthier, drink a lot of water but not before the race. mostly cramps come from bad food chioces or not streching
