Does the 1999 Ford Ranger 4x4 have a lift block on the back axle as stock? I bought mine and it looks like it has a 2-3 inch lift block.

  1. i have a 99 4x4 ranger as well and it has 3 inch blocks that came stock on it but not all of them did. it depends on the model. as far as the tires go , any time you change tire size it will throw off you speedo and od. i have 285/75's on mine and they dont rub a bit but it hard to say with aftermarket rims if they will or not without trying it, and if they do a set of rotor spaces will easily fix the problem.

  2. it is not a lift block it is a spacer and yes they came stock if you have the 4x4 package

  3. a tire shop can tell you what type of tire u need if u want  19 inch

    rim

it important here why  ? not only speedo but abs system too

if it was automatic shift point change

never  mix size of tire on 4x4 can blow  tranny  transfer case

as for block u call them  there spacer  use on 4wd only

  4. no not stock
