  2. Hi,

It's depend on where you are at, you can start looking at education section from ASX website http://www.asx.com.au/resources/educatio... or if you want to learn a good a simple trending system prety much you can use it in all market you can look at http://www.wealthwiseeducation.com

I have done David Novac course and found it very good and help me with my trading, and I don't have to use expensive software to do it.

I have look and done courses for different system in the past as well like elliot wave, Gann, etc, and I got mixed result and most of them required very expensive software analyse it althrough after learning the system for a while you can do elliot wave count with out specific software but at the begining you kind of need it to understand it. so beware that quite a lot of seminar their purpose tend to sell the software and subscription.

at the end of the day, you need to decide what trading system is suite you, you need to decide what sort of time frame you will be trading i.e. intraday/day trade, medium term like a couple of days to weeks, or longer time frame then you decide what sort of trading system is suited for your trading. if you just started I would recommend longer time frame instead of jump straight to day trade.

    Hope it helps

    Happy trading

    Cheers

    The Education of a Speculator.

  5. Reading is the most benefical way of gaining knowledge about both the markets and investing.  Just read as much as you can in books, magzines, newpapers, and online (Yahoo Finance, CNBC, Bloomberg etc)
