Question:

Stock options?

Does anyone know a site where I can find out which call/put options are already active for a stock. I think it would be very useful to find out what other think a stock is going to do before I buy.

  1. You can get a quote montage that lists all the options, as well as the volume and open interest for each, at

    http://www.cboe.com/DelayedQuote/QuoteTa...

That will tell you what call/put options are already active, but it will not tell you anything about what others think a stock is going to do. Remember that for every option that same option is sold. You have no way of knowing who is buying and who is selling, or what their outlook may be.

I assumed you are trading on United States markets. If that is not correct I assume you can find a similar quote montage source for the market you are trading.

  2. National Stock Exchange and BSE sites offer the basic services.  For basics you need to visit the following web site:

    www.sebi.gov.in

This website offers the ethical rules to be followed in investing.
