Is there a website to put a stock ticker symbol in and get back the nunber of days up vs down in a certain time period?

Right in your own backyard at Yahoo! finance. Just type in a ticker symbol and click on the chart. Easy as that. It will tell you how many down days it had in comparison to how many up days it had. This information is contained in the chart.

go to money.cnn.com and input the symbol. The chart shows you pretty much the same thing. Do not look at a single week at a time. Look at trends over a 3 month or greater period. Hope this helps.
