Stolen Packages?

I bought a bracelet online and never recieved it. I called the company and they said they got a signature from me yesterday for the delivered package, but I was in another state and noone else was at my house. They said they would look into it, but the feeling im getting is that "sorry you signed for it" has anyone else had this happen? Who is responsible, the company I bought it from, the delivery people, or me for buying something online? The worst part is the money goes to charity for the bracelet i bought which was $150.00 if they replace it, it would be like taking 150.00 back from charity but the bracelet was a bday gift for my boyfriend.

  1. Ask the company what shipper they used (USPS, FEDEX, DHL, UPS, etc) and give you the tracking number. You can view some signatures on-line, and they will spell out who signed for it, and address delivered.

You can always dispute the charge w/ your credit card company within 30 days of billing.
