  1. You are in possession of stolen property, and know that it is stolen.  You need to get it back to her anyway you can.  You can turn it into the police, but they may not believe your story and if you do give them false information, they will probably just see through it and as they question you, your story will change and it will look as though you are lying.

The best thing for you to do, is as one person suggested, mail the item back to her.

  2. She probably just wants her necklace back. Don't go to the police and lie. They will have your description and probably a picture of you. They can just call her in and ask her if she knows who it was that turned it in. Put it in an envelope and put her name on it. When you go to her place you can say "I found this just outside your door" or something and act very dumb. Or, maybe someone else has a brighter idea.

  3. i give it her and say you found it. or mail it  to her

  4. Here's a suggestion:

    1. Sell the necklace for whatever it will bring.

    2. Use the money to take an english class and a spelling class.

    3. Life will be easier for you when you learn to communicate in a successful and professional manner.

  5. So tell her what happened.

    *necklace*

    *recognized*

    *confronted*

    *station*

And no, giving false information to the police is never a good idea.  Tell your girlfriend what happened and let her tell the police she knows what happened to the necklace.

  6. The cops will not believe that and you will end up being blamed for it.

You either should just put it back in your girlfriend's room at some point where she may think it had been dropped (not such a good idea).

Or just tell her the truth, but tell her that your little brother will maybe do a few favors for her to apologize if she won't take him to court. Like pay HER a certain amount of money or something.
