Stomach ache and muscle weakness?

I am 13 years old, perfectly healthy, except I have a lump in my throat that the doctor says is swollen lymph nodes. No fever

In addition to the swollen lymph node possibility it could also be an indication of something like a virus (an example only).  Another possibility is that it could have something to do with some of the things you are eating (another example only).

I would recommend continuing to let your mom know what's going on with these symptoms and if they are worse than you have felt before please let her know so that she can try to help you find another doctor that can be of help if necessary.
