Stomach fat question - what's my regular stomach fat? In the mornings or afternoons?

I'm kind of stressed about my stomach.

At mornings, before I eat, it's skinny and almost perfect.

But then after I eat and get to school, it's back to being fat.

:(

So what's my regular stomach fat ?

The stomach in the mornings or in the afternoon?

*note : The rest of my body is fine, its not too thin or fat, it's just my stomach!

  1. there cant be that big of a difference because of what u eat. ur belly fat isnt even associated with a meal u just ate so if u think ur fat cause u might be a slight bit bloated...then ur one of those crazy annoying girls that call themselves fat for being 3lbs heavier then a maxim girl


  2. It might be mental. You might be seeing fat where there is none out of guilt over eating. If that is the case I would go see a therapist. If it ISN'T in your head it is most likely WHAT you are eating. If you consume a lot of salt or sugar it can cause you to retain water. Up to 4 pounds of water weight can be gained or lost in a single day. If you eat a lot of cookies candies, soft drinks, chips, canned food or otherwise pre-packaged food it can cause you to retain water and exhibit bloating.

    If you are otherwise fit and trim the problem is most likely WHAT you are eating, not how much. Try to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, water or juice instead of softdrinks, stay away from salty or sugary snacks. This might take care of your problem. If it changes daily it is much more likely that you are dealing with water retention rather than fat.

  3. In the morning it's always flatter, because you haven't eaten in hours and because your body flattens when you sleep, but when your walking all day and are active gravity sort of pushes your stomach so it looks fatter.

    your just one of those people (like me) that when you eat, even if its something little, your stomach expands. :(

  6. i have the same problem . did you know what you weigh in the morning is your actual body weight? when you eat its just the food in your stomach that makes you look fat.. try eating less... and excersizing more. like instead of eating eggs and bacon and toast and cerial in the morning... just eat cerial and drink lots of water. it will speed up your metabilism.  

  7. i am pretty sure you're stomach stays the same throughout the day. i think this is all in your mind. you feel that if you eat, your stomach will get bigger. but i promise you, no one besides you knows the difference. to answer your question, i would say in the morning is your regular stomach, then you will think of yourself as thinner. :)
