My belly seems to hav literally expanded overnight. It went from a little pudge to me looking 6months pregnant. Does anyone know how to shed this fat? It can be flabby and firm at times. Looks bloated but its been like this since march or april and I really want it gone. I'm 21 and on my moms side this is common but I'm too skinny 4 this belly so it seems unnatural. Any tips on how to lose it? I have a gym membership but I know spot training doesn't exist and I don't know which excersizes wil help me or what to take out of my diet
