Stomach growling - related to bacteria/tapeworms?

Is it possible that stomach growling is related to these 2 things?

  1. it is possible that worms are the source of your hunger, as they feed on nutrients within the gut and are effectively stealing your food supply.  


  2. When you hear your stomach "growling" you're hearing the muscles grind together because there is no food currently being digested.  You're hungry.  That's it.

  3. I don't think so, you're probably just hungry a lot.  Maybe you're going through a growth spurt.

A possiblity yet most likely not the cause.  Obviously you should see a doctor if possible to rule that possibilty out.  Your stomach may be over producing acids used in digestion which could lead to an ulcer or acid reflux (heartburn), might be something in your diet that your stomach is having a hard time digesting
