Stomach hurts real bad?

my stomach hurts im 13? this just started. could think be growing, puberty, ect? my lower torso also aches? along with my groin?

Honestly, that is a symptom of testicular cancer. But that's not all it could be. How long has this been going on?

have you had your first cycle? that could cause the pain, and it would explain why your having the pain where you stating its at.. if your concerned ask your mom to take to you the doctor in case its something more? best of luck
