Stomach pain after running problems?

After I have been running in the morning I then try and eat something within an hour of finishing my run. But I get terrible pains in my lower stomach. Does anybody know why I get these pains and what can be done to stop them.

  1. Run at fixed rate do not run fast then slow down then faster that not good , bcos these give more stress to ur lower back of spine .lower spine muscles and ur abdonminalpelvic area  ur lower stomach,mucsles in these area r cross sectioned there that why u feel pain when u r at rest or u got some food in ur stomach .

  2. everyones body is different and react differently to food and running. Some people can eat something before running,( i cant)

    You have to figure out for yourself the best routine.

    And make sure you move your bowels before running as a rule

  3. Consult physician. It must be something looking like ulcer  like conditions or even kidney infection. Over exertion is giving extra stress on panic part of the body.

  4. Do not ever drink or eat once you are done with jogging . Give at least 15 mins gap .
