Stomach virus pleaze halp!!!!!?

ok i hade a stomach virus since monday and its really annoying and irritating well this is the weird part my stomach is fine during the hours of 200 pm and 700pm then at night and in the mornings it is so bad!!! also it is causing anxiety which is bad cause it feels lke i cant breathe and i already been to a hospital they said everything is fine but my potassium is low which ive been eating bannas n such but i cant eat alot the only things i can eat n drink are chicken noodle wheat bread (with nothing on it) and i can drink power aid thats about it any suggestions?????????????

  1. Natural treatment for stomach virus

    A stomach virus is often caused due the consumption of bad or unhygienic food and can be effectively cured by following a proper diet during the course of the treatment and the help of certain home remedies or over the counter medication. However when suffering from a stomach flu avoid consuming products like milk and butter , ice-cream ,cheese ,fruit juices that are sweetened or  foods that are rich or high in protein such as meat , nuts , eggs . Make sure you completely avoid fried and fatty foods or foods that contain artificial sweeteners. Eat foods that are rich in fibre like ripe mashed bananas, raw vegetables, rice and other cereals, plain toast, carrot and grated green apples.

    Some of the remedies that you can try which are available at home are the use of camoille tea or peppermint tea. These should be drunk at least twice a day in moderate quantities in order to be effective and soothe the stomach. Another home remedy that you can try is the use of freshly squeezed carrot juice. Drink the juice throughout the day to completely cure a stomach ache and then follow it up with a light meal of vegetables. In order to stop the nausea and vomiting; take half vinegar and half water and mix it. Sip the mixture slowly or drink it in a shot if you can take it, finally remember to avoid as much as possible the consumption of solid foods and drink as many liquids as you can in order to keep your level of hydration normal.
