Stomachache and nausea. help! rerally hurts!?

i woke up in the middle of the night with a horrible stomach ache. It hurts right above my belly button and when i lay down it makes it 10 times worse and i just feel nauseous but i dont puke. and i just wanna cry cuz it hurts really bad. what should i do?

Viruses like those of the 24 hour kind (an example only) can cause stomach aches and nausea.

Because of how bad it hurts I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they say.
