My weight was 80kg after one my weight go down to 72 kg, I lose weight BUT SOME problems started, Pain started in my both Knees and in every joint even in nails of my fingers i feel some times some pain. After that i again started sugar intake as normal and within few months my weight go back to 80 but the pain still remain, it took more than one year that some of pain stopped but in my knees and foots still i feel pain some times.
