Stop Watch not resetting

Question

The Start hand for the stop watch (rod top) has moved back 2 min to the 58' position. When I start and reset the stop watch it wont go back to the "12 o'clock" position. The miniute hand (again the stop watch function) is on the 6 and the hour hand (third circle of the stop watch) is on the 5 position.

HOw do I reset this all back to the start positions?
