how can i stop being so nervous infront of people??

  1. What would you tell someone who felt nervous around you?  Answer that and you will discover your own answer.  


  2. You could practice something to say before you are in a group. Also pretend that they are not there... like you are talking to your best friend. Try looking somewhere else and not their eyes when you talk to them.

    Practice when you are alone walking that someone else is with you and talk with them in your mind. (You may be seen as weird if you talk to yourself) hope it helps.

  3. well first of all you should take a deep breath and think why you get so nervous. maybe talk with someone about it. i think that would be the best thing for you. i wish i could help you more

  4. Just dont think about people listening or watching you. Pretend you are in a room by yourself reading. And if you gotta look up and read, dont or good luck.

  5. just be yourself and strike up a conversation about something you know a lot about. It will help you feel more comfortable. Don't worry about what people think about you and you wont get nervous
